Tom Dunn – Co-founder – Director
Tom Dunn has been a lifeguard, a night watchman, a protester, a car detailer, a landscaper, a writer, a used car salesman, a general manager, a cookie salesman, a Sunday School teacher, a finance director, a church elder, a web designer, a marketing consultant, a drama director, a social media activist, and a failed and now successful businessman. He has also been married to his high school sweetheart, Denise, for 38 years.
Together, they raised three grown children of whom they are extremely proud, and now have six grandchildren whom they are actively spoiling. Homeschooling became a family activity early on when they discovered the public schools were helpless to address the individual needs of their kids, and useless at teaching Biblical truth and real American history.
Running a large, successful Christian drama ministry taught Tom a great deal about how God takes our feeble efforts and miraculously produces the results only He can. Tom also learned the incredible power of encouraging people to stretch themselves and reach to accomplish things they never imagined they could. Building a business after several failed attempts taught Tom the power of perseverance and trusting God to faithfully provide when everything looks bleak.
Those are the bedrock lessons and skills Tom brings to the leadership of OverWatchUSA. He is passionate about building up and encouraging people to take a step of faith, even when all the odds are stacked against them and the very gates of hell seem aligned in opposition.
Tom believes that is the place we are standing in now. The odds seem heavily in the enemy’s favor. Those who would undermine America, and who would destroy her if they could, have been planning and scheming their takeover for decades, while We the People have been asleep. It is Tom’s sincerest desire and pledge to help wake them up, and give them a new purpose forged in the mutual desire of preserving and restoring our Culture, our Liberty, and our Judeo-Christian Heritage.
